Having lived and worked in 6 countries SusanneLange has a sympathetic heart for people in transition and loves cultural diversity and diversity in women. For the past 25 years she has served several organizations in leading Logistic and HR roles. Over the past 10 years, she has worked internationally, specializing in helping individuals transition into new life circumstances and careers, as well as supporting leaders wanting to grow their employees and has offered leadership and development coaching to women.
SusanneLange is married and the mother of 3 young adults. She holds a degree in logistic management, is a certified solution-focused coach a member of the ICF, a Certified Birkman Consultant and is an Adler Trained Individual Psychologist Counselor.

REBECCA is a naturally solution-oriented person who has trust in you and will help you set realistic goals and build a good support system to achieve your goals. Rebecca’s expertise lies in her capacity to guide you to identify resources for yourself and within yourself.
Building on her own experience within her community, bridging faith with action, seeing the big picture, and using reliable coaching tools to move toward success Rebecca believes — “It is enriching and fulfilling to assist clients who need to reinvent themselves, or just reset and look at life’s options to make productive decisions to move forward.”
Rebecca is cheerful, optimistic and open minded, with traditional values and she believes in new beginnings — “I coach with a smile and active listening. I am as comfortable with silence as with the flow of words; I will question you to bring some structure, I always respect your space, and I have a less formal approach, while still being extremely goal oriented. I want to give you a safe space to explore your options without getting lost and demotivated.”
Already successful in her career, a personal challenge pushed Rebecca to reset her life and review her needs. A career shift lead her to transition and career coaching, giving more meaning to her professional life along with strengthening her faith and her connection to her community. Rebecca has lived in several countries, worked with different cultures and recently faced new transitions moving beyond frontiers.
Fluent in both English and French, Rebecca has a French law degree (Deug Paris II ASSAS), a BA in History of Art, and a Masters in Coaching/Human Resources from Paris VIII University. Rebecca has been involved in transition coaching for almost 15 years.

As an American who has lived overseas since 2002, she has been emotionally stretched by the loneliness and uncertainty that comes with international transitions at various stages of family life. She brings warmth, empathy and kindness to the toughest situations, and guides the process of rising strong so you can live your bigger purpose.
Christi has lived in the United States, Belgium, France, Kenya, Liberia, and the Ivory Coast. Her clients come from every continent on the globe. She began her career in corporate communications, and went on to found her own coaching company, as well as co-founding three coaching schools. She has trained hundreds of new coaches in French and English and mentored dozens of coaches-in-training.
Christi has been married to Ben since 1993 and is the mother of 3 teenaged children. She holds degrees in Communications and French, the ICF PCC credential, NLP Master Practitioner certification, and Spiritual Accompaniment certification. She is a Certified Daring Way™, *Rising Strong™ and is a Dare to Lead™ facilitator (based on the research of Brené Brown). She believes in aligning your behaviors, thoughts and feelings with your values and spiritual convictions. She knows that you are never alone, always supported, and always a valued contributor to a better world.

JESS’s deep empathy comes from a variety of life experiences: from choosing to have children later in life, a difficult adjustment to motherhood and raising a high-needs child to working through a difficult divorce, battling anxiety and depression, an adult diagnosis of ADHD, and facing midlife while having both school-aged children and aging parents.
Jess has spent the last decade working with women from all walks of life, each with her own unique story. She believes in the power of telling our stories in deep and vulnerable ways and the importance of community and support in helping us live our best lives. Jess believes change is possible at any age, and that change is best facilitated with the support of other’s in our lives. She guides her clients toward the change they are seeking with honesty, compassion, deep empathy and care.
Jess lives in the United States, holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, and is a Mental Health Therapist. She loves photography, reading, traveling, scouring antique markets, and spending time with her family. She is a mother of two children and believes parenting is one of the most difficult jobs she has ever held, but also the most rewarding.
